Pour two or three ladles (depending on the size of the sauna) of the water/Sauna Veil mixture onto the stove’s lava stones, not too quickly, ensuring the liquid is evenly distributed over the stones.

Do a 2nd round and after a short rest, invite participants to leave the sauna to distribute the scrub prepared in advance (one tablespoon)

Invite everyone to apply a full-body scrub, then return to their place in the sauna.

3rd round

Round 4
Participants are invited to exit the sauna and perform an ice scrub with Nuage Cedar Litsea, then proceed to the shower.

After the shower, a snack, tea, or herbal tea is offered.
