Sweet Night
. Brown sugar
. Crushed ice
. Pur Massage Lavandin
. Nuage Lavandin
. Voile de Sauna Lavandin
Tip: Add dried lavender for the scrub
. 1 container for the scrub
. 1 tablespoon or equivalent
. 1 sauna bucket with its ladle
. For the scrub, 100g of brown sugar with 20ml of Pure Lavandin Massage for 4 people
. For the fragrance, 10 to 20ml of Lavandin Sauna Veil per 1 liter of water (plan for an average of 3 liters of mixture)
Successively pour 2-3 ladles (depending on the size of the sauna) of the water/sauna veil mixture onto the lava stones of the stove, not too quickly, distributing the liquid over the stones.
After the first round, the text can be read: “Gently inhale through your nose, lifting your abdomen, then the middle part of your chest. Allow the air to reach the top of your lungs, and slowly exhale through your nose, feeling
your body relax during the exhalation.”
2nd round: Once this is finished, invite participants to exit the sauna to distribute the equivalent of one tablespoon of the previously prepared scrub to each participant.
Suggest that each person apply the scrub to their entire body, then return to their place in the sauna, without showering.
Do a 3rd and 4th round and after a short rest, invite participants to leave the sauna and have an ice peel with Nuage Lavandin (if you have an ice fountain or ice cubes) or go straight to the shower.
After the shower, a snack can be offered, preferably a detox flavored water, a tea, or a soothing herbal tea.
