❖ For the scrub, 100 g brown sugar with 20 ml Pur Massage for 4 people.
❖ For the fragrance, 10 to 20 ml Voile de Sauna per 1 liter of water (allow an average of 3 liters of mixture).

Successively pour two or three ladles (depending on the sauna size) of the water/Sauna Veil mixture onto the stove’s lava stones, not too quickly, distributing the liquid over the stones.

Once this is finished, invite participants to leave the sauna to distribute to each person the equivalent of one tablespoon of the pre-prepared scrub.
Suggest that each person exfoliate their body and then return to their place in the sauna, without showering.

Repeat for a third and fourth round, and after a short rest period, invite participants to leave the sauna and perform an ice cube peel with Nuage Asia (if you have an ice fountain or ice cubes available) or go directly to the shower.

After the shower, a snack, a mint green tea, or an herbal infusion are offered.
