❖ For the fragrance, 10 to 20ml of Voile de Sauna for 1 liter of water (allow an average of 3 liters of mixture)

Round 1: Two or three ladles (depending on the size of the sauna) of the water/Voile de Sauna mixture are successively poured onto the lava stones of the stove, not too quickly, spreading the liquid over the stones.

2 nd and 3 rd round: After a short rest, participants are invited out of the sauna to distribute the pre-prepared scrub (one tablespoon).
