❖ For the scrub, 100 g brown sugar with 20 ml Pur Massage for 4 people.
❖ For the fragrance, 10 to 20 ml of Voile de Sauna per 1 liter of water (allow an average of 3 liters of mixture).

Successively pour two or three ladles (depending on the sauna size) of the water/Sauna Veil mixture onto the stove’s lava stones, not too quickly, distributing the liquid over the stones.

2nd round: Once this is complete, invite participants to exit the sauna to distribute the equivalent of one tablespoon of the pre-prepared scrub to each person. Suggest that each person apply the scrub to their entire body, then return to their place in the sauna, without showering.

Repeat for a third and fourth round, and after a short rest period, participants are invited to exit the sauna and perform an ice cube peel with Nuage Polynesia (if you have an ice fountain or ice cubes available) or go directly to the shower.

After the shower, a snack, tea, or herbal tea is offered.
