❖ For the scrub, 100g sugar brown sugar with 20ml Pur Massage for 4 people.
❖ For the fragrance, 10 to 20ml of Voile de Sauna for 1 liter of water (allow on average average 3 liters of mixture).

Two or three ladles (depending on the size of the sauna) of the water/Sauna Veil mixture are successively poured onto the lava stones of the stove, not too quickly, distributing the liquid over the stones.

1st round
After the first round, you can read the text: “Gently inhale through your nose, lifting your abdomen, then the middle part of your chest, letting the air reach the top of your lungs, and slowly exhale through your nose, feeling your body relax during the exhalation.”

2 nd round
Then invite participants to leave the sauna to distribute the equivalent of a tablespoon of the scrub previously prepared. Invite everyone to apply a full-body scrub, then return to their place in the sauna.

4th round

Participants are invited to exit the sauna and perform an ice scrub with Nuage Orange Blossom, then proceed to the shower.

After the shower, a snack, tea, or herbal tea is offered.

Tip: You can add honey to the scrub.
To create an olfactory memory, each participant is offered an elegant pebble, and invited to place it in their car’s air vent.
