General Terms and Conditions of Sale – Laboratoires Camylle
These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter “GTC”) govern all sales concluded between any customer (hereinafter “the Buyer”) and Laboratoires Camylle, whose registered office is located at 6 rue Guillaume Schoettke, 57200 Sarreguemines, France.
Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC, which prevail over all other conditions, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Article 1 – Website and Intellectual Property
The website www.camylle.com is the exclusive property of Laboratoires Camylle.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, or exploitation, in whole or in part, of the site or its content is prohibited without prior written authorization.
Article 2 – Orders
The validation of an online order, by confirmation click, constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC.
The Buyer receives a confirmation email summarizing the essential elements of their order.
Any order modification after validation is subject to the prior agreement of Laboratoires Camylle and is only possible before the products are shipped.
Article 3 – Products
Product descriptions and visuals are provided for informational purposes only.
Laboratoires Camylle may modify its products at any time, without altering their essential characteristics or quality.
Article 4 – Availability and Delivery Times
Orders are processed within the limits of available stock.
Average delivery times are 2 to 5 working days in mainland France.
In the event of a delay exceeding 20 days after a formal notice has remained without effect, the Buyer may request the cancellation of the order and the reimbursement of the sums paid, to the exclusion of any other compensation.
Cases of force majeure (strike, fire, bad weather, supply disruption, etc.) suspend delivery obligations.
Article 5 – Delivery and Transfer of Risk
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Buyer when placing the order.
The transfer of risk occurs upon delivery of the package to the carrier.
In case of damage or missing items, it is the Buyer’s responsibility to make clear reservations on the carrier’s delivery note and to confirm them by registered letter within 3 days.
Article 6 – Receipt and Claims
Any claim relating to a defective, missing, or non-conforming product must be submitted in writing within 8 days of receipt.
The Buyer must provide all proof of the anomalies observed and facilitate verification by Laboratoires Camylle.
Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal (EU private customers)
In accordance with articles L221-18 and following of the Consumer Code, the private Buyer has a period of 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify a reason or pay penalties.
The return must be reported to customer service beforehand, and the products must be returned in their original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.
Reimbursement will be made within 14 days after receipt of the returned products.
Article 8 – Warranties
Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-4 and following of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code).
The warranty does not cover damages resulting from abnormal use, improper storage, or negligence.
Article 9 – Price and Payment
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included for sales within the European Union.
Payment is made in full upon order, by credit card or any other method offered on the secure site.
Article 10 – Retention of Title
Products remain the property of Laboratoires Camylle until full payment of the price, in accordance with law no. 80-335 of May 12, 1980, without prejudice to the transfer of risks upon delivery.
Article 11 – Limitation of Liability
Laboratoires Camylle cannot be held responsible for indirect or immaterial damages.
Maximum liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.
Article 12 – Personal Data
The personal data collected is necessary for order processing and customer relations.
They are processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the modified Data Protection Act.
The Buyer has a right to access, rectify, and delete their data by contacting: contact@camylle.com.

Article 13 – Applicable Law and Disputes
These GTC are subject to French law.
Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the registered office of Laboratoires Camylle, unless otherwise provided by mandatory legal provisions for consumers.
