. For the scrub, 100g of sugar brown sugar with 20ml of Pure

. For the fragrance, 10 to 20ml of Elinya Sauna Veil for 1 liter of water (plan for an average of 3 liters of mixture)

1. Pour 2 or 3 ladles (depending on the sauna size) of the water/Sauna Veil mixture onto the lava stones of the stove, not too quickly, distributing the liquid evenly over the stones.
Using a medium-sized damp towel, diffuse the humid air charged with fragrances into the sauna by rotating the towel over the stove like helicopter blades.

2. With the towel unfolded and taut, firmly holding two corners of the towel as if they were handles, make movements towards each person to allow them to benefit from the power of aromatherapy. Alternate from top to bottom to provide a sensation of extreme heat, then from bottom to top to cool down. Do a 2nd round, and after a short rest, invite participants to leave the sauna.

3. Distribute the equivalent of one tablespoon of the pre-prepared scrub to each participant. Invite them to exfoliate their entire body before returning to their place in the sauna. During the 3rd and 4th rounds, alternate towel movements. Participants are then invited to leave the sauna and go to the shower. Once showered, a snack, flavored water, tea, or a detoxifying infusion are offered.
