❖ For the scrub, 50 g fresh mint, 100 g brown sugar with 20 ml Pur Massage for 4 people.

❖ For fragrance, 10 to 20 ml of Voile de Sauna for 1 liter of water (allow an average of 3 liters of mixture).

Successively pour two or three ladles (depending on the sauna size) of the water/Sauna Veil mixture onto the stove’s lava stones, not too quickly, distributing the liquid over the stones.

Round 3: Place a few menthol crystals on the stones “Inhale Exhale Feel”.

Participants are invited out of the sauna to receive the pre-prepared body scrub (one tablespoon). Invite them to give themselves a full-body scrub, followed by an ice-cube peel with Nuage Cajeput Citron (if you have an ice fountain or ice cubes) and join the shower.

Spray 5 times with Shower Mist towards the shower head and invite each participant to conclude this ritual with a unique aromatherapy experience.

After the shower, a snack is offered: mint green tea or a Virgin Mojito.
