.For the scrub, 2 tablespoons of fresh watermelon, 2 tablespoons of brown sugar with 10ml of Pure Massage for 2 people
.For the fragrance, 10 to 20ml of Sauna Veil for 1 liter of water (plan for an average of 3 liters of mixture)

Successively pour 2-3 ladles (depending on the size of the sauna) of the water/sauna veil mixture onto the lava stones of the stove, not too quickly, distributing the liquid over the stones.

1st round

Rounds 2 and 3

After a short rest period, participants are invited to leave the sauna to distribute the pre-prepared scrub (one tablespoon) to them.
Invite participants to apply a full-body scrub.

Round 4

Participants are then invited to exit the sauna and perform an ice peeling with Nuage Méditerranée, then proceed to the shower.

After the shower, a snack can be offered, preferably a detox flavored water, a tea, or a soothing infusion.
