Once this is complete, invite participants to exit the sauna to distribute the equivalent of one tablespoon of the pre-prepared scrub to each person.
Suggest that each person apply the scrub to their entire body, then return to their place in the sauna, without showering.

Do a 3rd and 4th round and after a short rest, invite participants to leave the sauna and have an ice peel with Nuage Elegant (if you have an ice fountain or ice cubes) or go straight to the shower.

After the shower, a snack, rose tea or herbal tea is offered
